Recreational Center

The Newtown Recreation Center provides a wide variety of Programs, Classes/Workshops and Groups/Organizations.

NECA Programs, Classes/Workshops and Groups/Organizations are limited to Association members with current facility membership and in "good standing" meaning that members must be up-to-date with all NECA financial obligations and not in the 'certified letter' process of any violation. Non-NECA members are permitted to enroll in certain NECA Programs, Classes/Workshops and Groups/Organizations. Non-members will be assessed the usual class fee and an additional $2.00 for each class/lesson. Enrollment priority will be given to Association members.

NECA Events

The Newtown Recreation Center provides the residents of Newtown special events throughout the year.

NECA Events include; Easter Egg Hunt, Basketball Shootout, Halloween Happenings, Turkey Shoot. All association members with current facility membership and in "good standing" meaning that members must be up-to-date with all NECA financial obligations and not in the 'certified letter' process of any violation are welcome to participate.
