A proxy form will be mailed to each homeowner's address in early July requesting that you assign your vote if you are unable to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Please return you properly completed and signed proxy form to Hawaiiana Management Company by August 10, 4:30 pm.
