These classes are conducted by independent instructors and are open to non-members provided they do not exceed seventy-five (75) percent of total enrollment and if space available. However, priority is given to NECA members.

All Class fees (including non-member fees) are due at the beginning of the month for continuous classes and are due upon registration for fixed session classes. Refunds will not be given for request made within two weeks of the activity's start date. The NECA General Manager may make an exception to this rule for medical situations in which a doctor's note is present. Absolutely no refunds will be given once a class/workshop starts.
